I have never remodeled anything before and never hired a contractor before and have heard many horror stories from friends, so I was more than a little nervous about starting my kitchen project. Working with Eric (Honea Construction) on my kitchen has been such a positive experience that I can not compliment him enough. My first meeting with Eric was to estimate my project and very clearly define its scope so that we both had a clear view of what was to be done and what it would cost. Throughout the entire project, Eric responded to phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. I always knew when he would arrive daily and what he would be working on. Communication is one of his many strong points.
I have great admiration for his skills as a builder. Whether it was plumbing, electric, tiling or just general carpentry skills, he can do it all! Eric's incredible skills are evident everywhere in my kitchen. Eric exhibited great respect for my house during the process. Eric went above and beyond and handled a few issues for me that were really not his responsibility. The end result is that I have a beautiful kitchen to enjoy for years to come.
