Honea Construction added a room to the lower level of our split level house to enclose furnace, washer, dryer and add a half bath in this area. Framed out walls, hung dry wall, taped and mudded, extended drop ceiling, added door, moved furnace vent, added light switch.
Eric was able to start our job earlier than he first estimated, and completed on time and on budget. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to make sure the finished project turned out as good as possible. He was receptive to our questions along the way, and corresponded in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with his work and will call Eric again when ready for our next project.
